Caramel Pudding
I'll share your recipe for caramel pudding who likes sweet foods for dessert
MATERIALS
Liquid Milk 1 ½ Liter
375 gr sugar made caramel
200 grams of sugar mixed into milk
8 eggs
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
How to
375 grams of sugar are made caramel. After the caramel pour into buttered pirex thathas been smeared. Set aside.
1 ½ liters of liquid milk is mixed with 200 grams of sugar and 1 tablespoon orange rind, warmed but not boiling.
Briefly whipped eggs with mixer origin mix.
Enter the warmed milk into the beaten eggs mix well then strain.
Pour into caramel pirex who have been given.
Bake in the oven with grill which water is so pirex digenangan baked pudding boiling water. (as in steam).
Roast for 1 ½ hours with the temperature 150 degrees.
