Crunchy Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:

1. 500 ml heavy cream
2. 350 gr powdered sugar
3. 115 grams of roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
4. 100 grams of chopped strawberries

Garnishes:

• Chopped strawberries to taste
• Whipped cream

How to make Mousse Strawberry Crunchy:

1. Beat the heavy cream until fluffy
2. Enter the powdered sugar, chopped peanuts and strawberries, beating until well blended
3. Move into the serving glasses, cover the plastic and chill in refrigerator
4. Remove from refrigerator , sprinkle with chopped strawberries and whipped cream give
5. Serve immediately
