Asparagus Chicory

Material:

    
* 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 5 cm
    
* 4 pieces of Chinese cabbage, sliced 3 cm
    
* 200 grams of bean sprouts
    
* 1 piece know, diced
    
* 2 green chilies
    
* 2 bay leaves
    
* 2 knuckle galangal, crushed
    
* 350 cc water
    
* To taste cooking oil for sauteing
Spices that are:

    
* 4 red onions
    
* 2 cloves garlic
    
* 1 knuckle kencur
    
* 3 knuckles turmeric
    
* Salt to taste
Method:

   
1. Saute seasoning that has been refined until fragrant
   
2. Add green chilies, bay leaves and galangal, and cook briefly until wilted
   
3. Add other ingredients and cook until all ingredients cooked
   
4. Pick up and ready to serve
