Vegetable sour eggplant

Materials :

    * 2 pieces of eggplant purple
    * 1 / 4 kg small Maize
    * 1 piece of lemon in thin slices
    * 1 knuckle galangal,
    * 1 bay leaves
    * 1 stalk lemongrass
    * 400 ml water
 




Seasonings:

    * 2 cloves garlic
    * 2 red onions
    * 5 Chili
    * 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
    * 1 tablespoon sugar
    * 1 teaspoon salt
Method:

   1. boiled water to a boil, add all ingredients until fragrant, put the eggplant and corn, cooked
