
Material:
2 pieces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ tsp pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
25 g onion, chopped
1 tbsp plain flour
150 ml chicken broth
2 tablespoons sauce UK / BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper grains, crushed
1 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. Discard bones and skin chicken. At-o'clock chicken breast meat with meat beater until slightly flattened.
2. Marinate with pepper, oil, and salt until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the butter and cook each piece of chicken until cooked through and browned on both sides. Lift.
4. Sauce: Heat the margarine, saute garlic and onion until wilted.
5. Enter the flour, stirring until blended.
6. Pour the broth and stir until smooth. Add other ingredients, stir until boiling and thickened. Lift.
7. Place chicken on serving plates. Pour the sauce.
8. Serve warm with complement.
