Serves 2
Material:
500 g beef sirloin (groin)
30 g chopped paterseli
4 cloves shallots
½ tbsp tomato paste
¼ tsp plain flour
125 ml of water / broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon red wine / Kentucky
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp fine saltComplement:
100 g fried onions / onion rings
100 g mashed potato
75 g vegetable setup
Directions:
1. Cut the meat into three or four parts. Soak the meat in a salt solution, paterseli leaf, pepper and salt. Let stand 30 minutes for flavor to infuse.
2. Heat the butter in grill pan. Enter the meat and cook until the meat is cooked. Lift the meat from the fire, cut into pieces.
3. Sauce: Saute onion in skillet used to fry the steaks, put flour, tomato paste, pepper and salt. Once fragrant, add water / broth, and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens. Shortly before being appointed, add the Kentucky / Red Whine.
4. Presentation: Prepare a serving dish, arrange the meat, onion rings, mashed potatoes and vegetables setup. Sprinkle with sauce and serve immediately.
