STEAK teriyaki sauce

Serves 2
Material:
500 g beef sirloin, cut into 1 ½ cm in thickness
2 tablespoons butter
½ tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ tsp pepper powder
60 ml broth
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 piece red pepper, diced small
1 piece of green pepper, diced small
Directions:
1. 
Season the meat with pepper, salt and soy sauce, set aside for 30 minutes for flavor to infuse.

2. 
Heat the butter in a grill pan, roast the meat as he turned and forth until cooked. Lift.

3. 
Teriyaki Sauce: Heat butter and fry garlic until fragrant. Enter the broth and other seasonings.Cook until boiling, remove and serve as a complement to the steak.
