Quail Bird Roast


Quail have a different flavor of chicken in general. This dish is suitable for you who get bored with chicken and wanted to feel different sensations of eating meat

Ingredients


4 tail quail, split so 2-4
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1 / 2 sticks sere, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt


How to make

Heat the oil, then insert the garlic, saute until golden.
Add green onions and sere, stir and fry until softened, lift, and enter the chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, and salt, mix well, chill.
Rub each quail with herbs had to mix, allow at least 2 hours in refrigerator, then prickwith a skewer.
Bake in the embers of the fire / in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) until cooked whileturned upside down and smeared with sesame oil, remove from heat.
Usually grilled quail is served along with salt, pepper, and lime.
