Teukbokki

In Korea, the air was getting hot while the leaves of the trees in both the mountains and along the lush and verdant. And often seems more people are enjoying the sun was not yet seterik summer. Usually people look for cold dishes which can relieve hot flashes. But sometimes there is also a hot or spicy food eating to cope with the heat. Teukbokki Ingredients for 4 people:
  •  200 g Teuk (rice cakes) 
  • 1/4 onion 
  • 30 g carrot 
  • 2 pieces of dried Shitake mushrooms 
  • 1 small green and red peppers 
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil 
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

 Ingredients for seasoning:
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder 
  • 1 tablespoon Kochujang, taujo red pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 
  • 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 3 tablespoons meat kalu bit of sesame seeds, black pepper, and sesame oil
