BAKED TAIL




Material:

    
* 200 gr oxtail
    
* Mire poix taste
    
* 2500 ml water
    
* Wadges potatoes 75 gr
    
* Saute mushrooms, tomatoes, onions 100 gr

Sauce:

    
* 5 grains of red onion
    
* 3 cloves garlic
    
* Onion 1 / 2 fruit
    
* 3 eggs hazelnut
    
* 2 cm turmeric
    
* 1 cm ginger
    
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
    
* 150 ml thick Santal
    
* Pepper 1 / 4 tsp
    
* Salt to taste
    
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:

   
1. oxtail stew with 750 ml of water to boil, remove and discard the water. back oxtail stew with the remaining water and mirepoix until soft tail.
   
2. sauce: blend all ingredients except soy sauce and coconut milk. heat oil, stir-fry until fragrant.
   
3. add the coconut milk and soy sauce, and cook while in stirring until boiling.
   
4. input oxtail, cook until boiling and thickened, remove tail and sauce separate.
   
5. bake until browned oxtail
   
6. lift, oxtail served with sauce, wadges potatoes, stir tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
