Steamed Cake Recipes


steamed sponge cake that is delicious and easy way of making it here I will share with your cooking recipes

 Material A:

1 tsp pandan paste

550 ml water

Green dye to taste

Mix all ingredients A


Material B:

150 ml coconut milk from ¼ coconut

50 g rice flour

40 gr hunkwe

80 g sugar

Little salt


Ingredients C:

4 eggs

150 gr sugar

 

100 gr flour


How to Make Food Recipes sponge Steam trays:

    1. Mix the ingredients A and B. Cook on low heat, stir. Cook until smooth and thick, pour into a baking dish that has been smeared oil and covered with plastic steam 15 minutes
    2. Whisk sugar, eggs until stiff, put the flour. Pour the pandan layer. Steamed back 20 minutes
    3. Remove, let cool, cut into pieces
    4. Serve
